I have a used black Blackberry Pearl with AT&T. It's in great condition and works perfectly. I'm with Bell and apparently they can't hook it up :-(
 
I don't have the charger but it charges using generic mini usb cord which you can buy from any store for like $5-$10.

I work in Toronto so i can meet up in the core if needed.
